An idyllic course location in Bavaria

Reimlingen is a tiny village just four kilometers south of the medieval town of Nördlingen. Castles, palaces and fortresses, natural beauty, combined with a healthy climate: welcome to Reimlingen!

The region is known for its breathtaking land formations shaped more than 15 million years ago by a meteorite impact. Geopark Ries is both a unique landscape in Europe and a fascinating recreation area.

Reimlingen can be reached easily and safely from Munich Airport with the Humboldt transfer service.

German summer courses for kids + horseback riding

Our summer courses for kids take place at Tagungshaus Reimlingen, which is situated in a beautiful park on the edge of town with views of the amazing landscape.

The school combines the grand look of a castle-like building with the modern amenities of an up-to-date conference center. In the park surrounding the school our students find plenty of activities outdoor options like a football field or a fire pit. A spacious indoor gym is available in case of bad weather.

A special feature of Reimlingen are the horseback riding lessons that students can book as additional courses in the afternoon.

Reimlingen offers our youngest students ideal conditions for learning German in a safe and welcoming environment!

Accommodation

All the comfortable rooms have their own bathroom and shower and are shared by two to four students each. The center also has Wi-Fi access.

We carefully choose the students who will share a room with each other. We take care to match roommates who have a comparable German language level and are of similar age, yet speak different native languages. This way we encourage them to speak and practice German with each other outside of the classroom. Boys and girls are housed separately.

Our students receive three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as well as a snack daily.

Laundry service is offered to all students free of charge once a week for their personal laundry. Bed linen and towels will be provided and changed regularly.

My teachers are incredible. They can understand us and I learned very many new things.
