Humboldt-Institut Celebrates 100,000 Students!19. June 2026 by Humboldt-Institut
This month, the Humboldt-Institut celebrated a very special milestone! With Oskar from Ireland, we welcomed the 100,000th student in the history of the Humboldt-Institut!
He is currently still attending a B2 German course in Lindenberg, but this won’t be his last stay in Germany. Like all anniversary students, he received a two-week German course as a gift. We wish Oskar lots of fun in Lindenberg and look forward to seeing him again soon!
The Lindenberg campus
In Lindenberg, the Humboldt-Institut offers comprehensive packages for international teenagers throughout the year, including German language courses, residence accommodation, full board, daily leisure activities, field trips, and much more. A special feature of the German courses at the Humboldt-Institut is that only German is spoken both in and out of class. This allows students to immerse themselves in the German language right from the start. To get a glimpse of what life and learning are like in Lindenberg, check out the video “Learn German in Lindenberg” on Youtube.
There is another big anniversary coming up next year, by the way: The Humboldt-Institut was founded in 1977 and will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2027!
But before we start planning the celebrations, we’re looking forward to a great summer season with many new and familiar faces from all over the world at our locations!
