Examinations A working knowledge of German is often not enough if you have to prove your skills to a university or an employer. That is why we offer our students seven officially recognized exams: Test German as a Foreign Language ("TestDaF"), "Start Deutsch I", "Start Deutsch II", "Zertifikat Deutsch", "Zertifikat Deutsch für Jugendliche", "Zertifikat Deutsch Plus" and "Deutsch C1". Foreign students who want to study at a German university can take TestDaF, which, if passed with a minimum grade of 4 x 4, permits to study at any German speaking university in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The "Zertifikat Deutsch" fulfills the language requirements of the DIHK for people who wish to take an exam as a foreign language correspondent. For our teenager students we also offer the "Zertifikat Deutsch fuer Jugendliche". Of course, in addition to testing we also prepare our students thouroughly for the exams.
