The Humboldt-Institut organizes language courses at its program centers for various groups, including school groups, at very attractive rates. Groups will receive free transfers plus free accommodation and board for an accompanying adult (for groups of 10 or more). Many locations even offer reduced group rates.
Although most of our program sites only offer German courses in the summer, our centers in Bad Schussenried, Lindenberg and Meersburg can accommodate groups through-out the year. During the off-season, the terms offered at our year-round centers in Bad Schussenried and Lindenberg (for juniors and teenagers aged 10 to 17) are especially economical.
The students staying for at least two weeks will be integrated into courses already in progress for international students. Separate instruction is given to those staying for shorter periods of time. In the afternoon our students can test their knowledge and try out what they have learned on classmates from all over the world. This will enhance their motivation, promote tolerance, and contribute to the fun of speaking a foreign language.
After classes and on weekends, we organize half-day and full-day excursions, contests and games. In Lindenberg we offer skiing lessons and snow hiking in the winter. While we organize a variety of daily after-class activities all year round, we are also happy to consider ideas and suggestions offered by the students, instructors and program supervisors. If requested, we guarantee reliable supervision around the clock.
Groups spend 25 or 30 hours per week in class, while one class hour takes 45 minutes. Our attractive rates also include books, accommodation at the school, all meals, daily extracurricular activities, excursions, entrance fees, supervision, and transportation to/from the airport. An additional free space is available for groups of 10 or more students.
